Can I add an item to an order that’s already placed?

Sometimes—if your order is still processing. If it hasn’t been packed or labeled, we can usually add items and (when possible) ship together.

What to do

Email support right away with:

  • Your order number
  • SKU/product name and quantity you want to add
  • Any shipping method changes (e.g., upgrade to Priority/Express)

What happens next

  • Order still processing:
    • We’ll add the item(s) and update your order total.
    • If needed, we’ll send a secure payment link for the difference (we don’t store card details).
    • We’ll try to combine into one shipment; you’ll receive updated tracking.

      Order already packed/labeled or shipped:

    • Additions aren’t possible. Please place a new order.
    • We can’t guarantee the two orders will arrive together.

Pricing, promos, and tax

  • Free Shipping applies when the subtotal after discounts/rewards is over $50 (per order).
  • EP Rewards can be applied to products only (not shipping/taxes).
  • Sales tax is charged only for Florida ship-to addresses.

Tip: If you know you’ll need more items, tell us at the same time—adding everything in one go gives us the best chance to combine before the first order enters packing.
