How do I change my shipping method after ordering?

We can usually switch your shipping method if the order hasn’t been packed or labeled yet. Because we move fast, please contact us immediately.

What to do

Email support with:

  • Your order number
  • The new method you want: USPS Ground Advantage, Priority, or Express
  • Any extras: Signature Confirmation or Hold for Pickup (if desired)

What happens next

  • Order still processing (not packed/labeled):

    We’ll update the method and send a secure payment link if there’s a price difference. (We don’t store card details.) You’ll receive an updated confirmation.

  • Order already packed/labeled or shipped:

    The method can’t be changed. You can monitor tracking; if delivery timing is critical, consider USPS Hold for Pickup at your local Post Office.

Notes & tips

  • Upgrading to Express speeds carrier transit, not our internal processing—though we’ll prioritize when possible.
  • Free Shipping eligibility is based on subtotal after discounts/rewards (> $50) and doesn’t change with method swaps.
  • We ship to U.S. addresses only (P.O. Boxes ok; no APO/FPO/DPO).
  • Add-ons like Signature Confirmation must be set before the label is created.
