How do I pay with Bitcoin (BTC)?

Paying with BTC is quick, secure, and has no processing fee.

Step-by-step

At checkout, choose Bitcoin (BTC).
A one-time BTC address and exact amount will be shown.
From your wallet, send BTC (on-chain) to that address.
- Send the full amount; add the network fee on top (don’t subtract it from the total).
Your order confirms once the transaction receives sufficient confirmations (typically 1–3).

Each order uses a unique address. Do not reuse an address from a previous order.

BTC only: Don’t send BCH, ETH, or any other coin/token—funds may be lost.
Time window: Crypto checkouts can expire if payment arrives too late. If that happens, contact support with your TXID and order email.
Under/overpayment: If you send too little or too much, reach out with your TXID so we can review options (top-up, adjustment).
Exchanges: If sending from an exchange, allow for their internal delays and withdrawal queues.

If a refund is warranted, we’ll coordinate details by email and return BTC to a wallet address you control after standard confirmations.
