Points for eligible orders are added automatically.
If you believe points are missing from a qualifying order, we’ll gladly review it.
How to request a points review
Please email our support team with:
- Your order number(s)
- The order date(s)
- The account email used at checkout
- Any helpful screenshots (e.g., order confirmation, rewards balance)
We’ll verify eligibility and credit any missing points.
Note: Only orders that qualify under our rewards terms can receive points.
