Why did I receive an email from support saying that I’ve been added to the no-sell list?
We’re a research-use-only (RUO) supplier. Our products are for academic and laboratory research and not for human or veterinary consumption. To keep our community safe and compliant, we must block orders that appear inconsistent with RUO use.
Why an account may be added
While we can’t share every screening signal, common reasons include:
- Communications that indicate non-research or ingestible use
- Repeated policy violations or attempts to bypass RUO restrictions
- Incomplete or unverifiable order details, such as identity, affiliation, or purpose
- Patterns of activity that raise compliance concerns
Is removal possible?
It’s uncommon, but we do reconsider in limited cases after due diligence. Our priority is safety and compliance for all customers.
How to request a review
If you believe this was a mistake, email support with:
- Your full name and account email
- Recent order number(s) (if applicable)
- Your institution or company and role
- A brief statement of intended research use
- Any supporting documentation (e.g., lab or business affiliation)
We’ll review the information and respond with next steps.
Reminder: All Extreme Peptides products are RUO only. Not for human or veterinary consumption. Not a drug, food, or cosmetic.
