Can I use My EP Rewards to deduct shipping costs or taxes?

No. My EP Rewards points can be redeemed only toward product prices.

They cannot be applied to shipping & handling or to taxes on your order.

How it works

• Points reduce your product subtotal at checkout.
• Shipping and taxes are charged separately and must be paid with another method.

Example:

If your cart is $100 in products + $10 shipping + taxes, and you redeem $20 in points, your product subtotal becomes $80; shipping and taxes still apply.

Note: Points have no cash value and are subject to the My EP Rewards program terms.
