How do I apply My EP Rewards points at checkout?

  1. Follow these simple steps:
    1. Log in to your account.

      Rewards can only be redeemed when you’re signed in.

    2. Add items to your cart and proceed to Checkout.
    3. Find the “My EP Rewards” section.

      You’ll see an option to use some or all of your available points.

    4. Choose how many points to redeem and click Apply/Submit.

      Your order summary will update to show a Rewards discount applied to the product subtotal.

      Points apply to products only—not to shipping, handling, or taxes.

    5. Select a payment method to cover the remaining balance (including any shipping and taxes).
    6. Place your order.

      You’ll receive an order confirmation, and your points balance will update.

    • Product subtotal: $100
    • Shipping + taxes: $12
    • Rewards applied: $20
    • New subtotal: $80 + $12 shipping/taxes → $92 due at checkout
  3. Troubleshooting

    • Don’t see your points? Make sure you’re logged in with the same email tied to your rewards.
    • Option not appearing? Refresh the page or re-enter the checkout flow.
