What is your refund policy?
We want you to have a smooth experience, and we’ll make things right when something’s on us.
When we accept returns or issue replacements
Damaged on arrival or manufacturer defect (our fault):
We’ll replace the item (with free reshipping) or process a refund, as appropriate.
Missing item(s):
Contact us and, once we verify the claim, we’ll ship the missing item at no charge.
Why returns of peptides are limited
The products we sell (chemicals and peptides) can degrade if handled or stored improperly. Because we can’t verify conditions once products leave our warehouse, we generally cannot accept returns of peptides.
That said, we review each situation individually—please reach out if you believe an exception is warranted.
If you need to cancel an order
- Not shipped yet: Email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to cancel before it leaves the warehouse.
- Already processed/shipped: We may be unable to intercept in time, but we’ll advise next steps.
How to report an issue (fastest resolution)
- Contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and label (if damaged/defective).
- Our team will verify and resolve—typically by sending a replacement or issuing a refund when appropriate.
We photograph and document all orders before shipping to help prevent and quickly resolve any shipping discrepancies.
Chargebacks
We’re committed to resolving problems directly. Unauthorized chargebacks—despite our stated resolution process—may be treated as fraud and can lead to account restrictions and legal action.
