What form do your peptides arrive in?
All peptides ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials.
This form best preserves integrity during transit and storage.
Why lyophilized?
- Minimizes hydrolysis and degradation during shipment
- Improves stability and shelf life vs. pre-dissolved solutions
Storage on arrival (RUO)
- Short term (≤ 3 months): Store refrigerated (2–8 °C) in the original, sealed vial.
- Long term (> 3 months): Store frozen (≈ −20 °C).
- Transit & brief room-temp windows: Sealed, lyophilized peptides are generally stable at room temperature (out of direct light) for about 3–4 weeks, but refrigeration on arrival is preferred.
Handling tips
- Keep vials tightly capped, protected from light and moisture.
- Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles; if reconstituting, make small aliquots for later use.
- Follow your lab protocol for reconstitution solvent and concentration.
