My tracking says “Delivered,” but I don’t see my package
USPS marks most domestic shipments with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking shows Delivered but the package isn’t visible, try these steps first.
Quick checks (usually solve it)
- Look around the delivery area: front porch, behind planters, side door, garage door, mailbox parcel locker.
- Ask your household/colleagues: a family member, roommate, receptionist, or building staff may have accepted it.
- Check with neighbors or adjacent suites/units.
- Review the tracking details for any notes (e.g., “left at front door,” “mailroom,” “reception”).
- Give it a little time: packages are sometimes scanned Delivered a few hours early and arrive later the same day.
If it’s still missing after these checks (or after 24 hours)
-
Speak to your mail carrier or contact your local Post Office with the tracking number—they can often identify the exact drop location.
Submit a support ticket with:
- Your order number
- Shipping address
- The USPS tracking number
- Any details from your local Post Office
What we’ll do
Once you contact us, we’ll open an investigation with USPS. These inquiries typically take 48–72 hours, and a USPS representative may contact you during the process. We’ll keep you updated with any findings.
Important deadline
All missing-package claims must be made within 10 days of the date USPS shows the package as Delivered.
