My package tracking still says “Accepted” or shows “No Information”
This can happen—USPS sometimes misses in-transit scans. The parcel is typically moving, but tracking won’t update until the next scan.
Quick checks
- Review the tracking page for any notes (e.g., “Pre-Shipment,” “Accepted,” “Arrived at USPS Facility”).
- Look around your delivery area and check with building staff or reception (if applicable).
- Contact your local Post Office with the tracking number—they can see recent internal scans.
- Optional: Check USPS Informed Delivery (if available at your address).
When to contact us
If tracking hasn’t updated and you still haven’t received your package after 7 days, please submit a support ticket with:
- Your order number
- Your shipping address
- The USPS tracking number
- Any notes from your local Post Office
What we’ll do
We’ll open an investigation with USPS. These typically take 48–72 hours, and a USPS representative may contact you during the process. We’ll keep you posted on next steps.
Heads up: Weekends, holidays, weather events, and routing through multiple facilities can delay scans.
Thanks for your patience and understanding—we’ll help get this sorted.
