Will I be required to sign for my package when it arrives?

Usually, no. Most U.S. orders ship without signature required.

Can I add signature confirmation?

Yes—on request.

Add a note at checkout (e.g., “Please add Signature Confirmation”) or contact support immediately after placing your order with your order number. We’ll add it if the shipment hasn’t left the warehouse yet.

When a signature might be required

  • For certain high-value orders or address types
  • At the carrier’s discretion or due to local policies

Note: Signature service isn’t available on every shipping method or destination. If it’s not supported, we’ll let you know your options (e.g., Hold for Pickup).
