Will you send my products without labels?
No. We do not ship unlabeled products. For safety and legal compliance, every item must include visible labeling and warnings.
Why labels are required
- To ensure correct identification (product name/SKU, lot/batch)
- To provide safety and handling information (e.g., storage conditions, warnings)
- To display RUO status: Research Use Only — Not for human or veterinary consumption
We can’t remove, cover, or alter labels upon request.
Privacy note
Your package will arrive in discreet, unbranded outer packaging from a neutral fulfillment provider, but the product containers themselves will be labeled.
If a label is damaged or missing
Contact support with your order number and a photo; we’ll replace the label or provide documentation (e.g., COA/SDS) as needed.
