Why can’t I find my country at checkout?
We currently ship only to U.S. addresses.
Because of this, countries outside the United States won’t appear in the checkout list.
What you can do
- If your billing address differs from where you want the order delivered, you can enter a U.S. shipping address at checkout (e.g., a business or lab address).
- If you believe this is an error, contact support and include a quick screenshot of the checkout page.
We’ll update our shipping policies on the site if international delivery becomes available in the future.
