I checked out and forgot to apply the discount code. Can you help?

It happens! Once an order is paid, we can’t change the invoice or retroactively apply a promo code.

However, we’ll do our best to help—in many cases we can offer a courtesy discount on a future order.

What to do

  1. Submit a support ticket as soon as possible.

    Include:

    • Your order number
    • The discount code you meant to use
    • A quick note on where you saw the promo (email, banner, etc.)

We’ll review and, when eligible, provide a make-good discount for your next purchase.

Tips for next time

  • Apply the code on the Cart or Checkout page before payment.
  • Make sure the code is valid and not expired, and that your items meet any minimums or exclusions.
