I’m trying to make a purchase but it keeps getting declined and I’m sure everything is right! Why is this happening?
For e-Check: Please double check that the billing address, routing number and account number that you are entering is accurate and correct.
For Bitcoin & Ethereum: Make sure the wallet address and amount is correct and you are sending the correct coin type (ex. BTC not BCH)
