How can I check my past orders to track their progress?
You can view all of your orders—and their live status—right from your account.
Step-by-step
- Log in to your Extreme Peptides account.
- Go to My Account → My Orders.
- You’ll see a list of your orders with a Status (e.g., Processing, Completed).
- Click an order to open the details. If tracking is available, you’ll see the tracking number/link inside the order.
Tracking from email
When your order is marked Completed, you’ll receive an Order Complete email with a “Click to Track” link.
- If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.
- The link takes you directly to the carrier’s tracking page.
Status basics
- Processing: We’ve received your order and are preparing it.
- Completed: Your order has shipped (tracking should be available).
- On Hold / Pending: We may need more info (payment, address verification, etc.).
Tips & troubleshooting
- Tracking just issued? It may take several hours (up to 24h) after carrier pickup for scans to appear.
- Didn’t get tracking? Open the order in My Orders; if nothing shows, contact support with your order number.
- Multiple shipments: Large orders can ship in more than one box; you’ll see multiple tracking numbers in your order details.
