How can I check my past orders to track their progress?

You can view all of your orders—and their live status—right from your account.

Step-by-step

  1. Log in to your Extreme Peptides account.
  2. Go to My Account → My Orders.
  3. You’ll see a list of your orders with a Status (e.g., Processing, Completed).
  4. Click an order to open the details. If tracking is available, you’ll see the tracking number/link inside the order.

Tracking from email

When your order is marked Completed, you’ll receive an Order Complete email with a “Click to Track” link.

  • If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.
  • The link takes you directly to the carrier’s tracking page.

Status basics

  • Processing: We’ve received your order and are preparing it.
  • Completed: Your order has shipped (tracking should be available).
  • On Hold / Pending: We may need more info (payment, address verification, etc.).

Tips & troubleshooting

  • Tracking just issued? It may take several hours (up to 24h) after carrier pickup for scans to appear.
  • Didn’t get tracking? Open the order in My Orders; if nothing shows, contact support with your order number.
  • Multiple shipments: Large orders can ship in more than one box; you’ll see multiple tracking numbers in your order details.
