I entered the wrong shipping address. How can I change it?

No problem—here’s how it works depending on your order’s status.

If you haven’t placed the order yet

  • Edit the shipping address in your cart/checkout before submitting payment.

If the order is placed but hasn’t shipped

  • Contact support immediately with:
    • Order number
    • Correct shipping address (include company/lab name and suite/unit)
    • A reliable phone number
  • We can usually update the address before the package leaves our facility.

If the order has already shipped

  • We can’t change the destination once the carrier has it.
  • If you have an active USPS mail forward, USPS may forward the package according to their policy.
  • If USPS returns the package to us as undeliverable, we’ll gladly reship it to your corrected address.

Tips to avoid delays

  • Use a complete address (company/lab name, suite/unit, ZIP+4).
  • Double-check autofill suggestions before paying.
  • If you realize a mistake right after checkout, email support ASAP—the earlier we hear from you, the better the chance we can fix it.
