How do I create an account?

Creating an account takes less than a minute and unlocks order tracking, EP Rewards, and faster checkout.

Step-by-step

1. Go to My Account.
2. Select Register.
3. Enter your email and create a secure password.
4. Click Create Account (you may be asked to confirm via email).

Tips & troubleshooting

• Didn’t get the confirmation email? Check spam/junk and “Promotions,” then request a new link.
• Email already in use? You may already have an account—try Forgot Password to reset access.
• Use a strong, unique password; avoid reusing passwords from other sites.

Good to know

• You must be logged in for EP Rewards to accrue and to redeem points at checkout.
• For your security, we do not store card details on our servers.
