How do I change my account email?
Updating your login/email is quick and keeps order updates and EP Rewards flowing to the right inbox.
Step-by-step
- Sign in to your account and go to My Account → Account details.
- In the Email address field, enter your new email.
- Click Save changes.
- If prompted, confirm the change via the verification email sent to your new address.
What changes after you update
- You’ll log in with the new email going forward.
- All order confirmations, shipping updates, and EP Rewards notices will go to the new email.
- Your order history and points stay attached to your account.
Didn’t get the verification email?
- Check spam/junk and Gmail Promotions.
- Add our address to your safe senders list and request a new link.
- Still nothing? Contact support and we’ll help confirm the change.
No longer have access to your old email?
Contact support from your new email and include:
- Your full name
- Previous email on the account
- A recent order number and shipping address (for verification)
Note: For security, we do not store card details and will never ask for your full card number.
