How do I change my account email?

Updating your login/email is quick and keeps order updates and EP Rewards flowing to the right inbox.

Step-by-step

  1. Sign in to your account and go to My Account → Account details.
  2. In the Email address field, enter your new email.
  3. Click Save changes.
  4. If prompted, confirm the change via the verification email sent to your new address.

What changes after you update

  • You’ll log in with the new email going forward.
  • All order confirmations, shipping updates, and EP Rewards notices will go to the new email.
  • Your order history and points stay attached to your account.

Didn’t get the verification email?

  • Check spam/junk and Gmail Promotions.
  • Add our address to your safe senders list and request a new link.
  • Still nothing? Contact support and we’ll help confirm the change.

No longer have access to your old email?

Contact support from your new email and include:

  • Your full name
  • Previous email on the account
  • A recent order number and shipping address (for verification)

Note: For security, we do not store card details and will never ask for your full card number.
