How do I update or add saved addresses?

Keep your Billing and Shipping details up to date for smoother checkout and delivery.

Step-by-step

  1. Sign in and go to My Account → Addresses.
  2. Click Edit under Billing or Shipping, or choose Add a new address.
  3. Enter the full address (include company/lab name and suite/unit if applicable).
  4. Click Save.
  5. (Optional) Set the new entry as your default billing or shipping address.

Tips for fast, accurate delivery

  • We ship within the U.S. only—select a valid U.S. state and ZIP.
  • Use a physical address where possible; USPS can deliver to P.O. Boxes, but some methods may vary.
  • Make sure your billing address matches your card statement to avoid payment declines.
  • Double-check autofill suggestions before saving.

Does this change an order already placed?

  • No. Updating saved addresses does not change the address on an existing order.
  • If you just checked out with the wrong address, contact support immediately with your order number—we can update it only before the package ships.
