How do I delete my account?

We can delete your account upon request. Please note that order records must be retained for accounting/compliance, but your login and profile will be removed.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support from the email address on the account with the subject “Account Deletion Request.”
  2. Include your full name and (optional) a recent order number to speed up verification.
  3. We’ll confirm the request and process the deletion.

What gets deleted vs. retained

  • Deleted: Your customer profile (login credentials, saved addresses), and you’ll be removed from our Klaviyo marketing lists.
  • Retained: Minimal order/transaction records required for legal, tax, and audit purposes.

What happens to EP Rewards?

  • EP Rewards points are forfeited at the time of deletion and cannot be transferred.

How long does it take?

  • Most requests are completed within a few business days after we verify ownership. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done.

Security note: We do not store card details on our servers.
