When is my card charged—at order or at shipment?
Your card is charged at the time you place the order.
WooCommerce captures payment when checkout is completed and your order is confirmed.
What to expect on your statement
- You’ll see a single charge for the full order total at checkout.
- If we make an adjustment or cancel, we’ll issue a refund; your bank typically posts it within 3–10 business days (varies by issuer).
Why you might see multiple “pending” lines
If you retried payment a few times, your bank may show temporary authorizations. These usually drop off automatically and are not captured.
Security note
For your protection, we do not store card details on our servers.
Using a different method?
- Bank Transfer (ACH): Authorized when you approve via your bank.
- Bitcoin (BTC): Confirmed once the network records sufficient confirmations.
