How long do refunds take to appear on my statement?

We process refunds right away on our side and email you a confirmation. Posting times depend on your payment method and bank.

Credit/Debit Card: 3–10 business days to appear on your statement (varies by issuer). Partial refunds may show as a separate line.
Same-day Bank Transfer (ACH): Usually 3–5 business days after we issue the refund; some banks display it as a reversal/credit.
Bitcoin (BTC): Timing depends on coordination with you and network confirmations. We’ll confirm details by email before sending.

If you tried your card multiple times, you may see temporary authorizations; those typically drop off automatically within a few days if not captured.
Statement cycles can delay when a credit visibly posts.
If a refund hasn’t appeared 10 business days after our confirmation, reach out to us and we’ll provide the refund reference.
