What payment methods do you accept?

We support several secure ways to pay:

• Credit/Debit Cards
  • Processed via a secure provider.
  • Order limit: $500 per transaction. Larger purchases can be split across multiple orders or paid via another method.
  • Processing fee: 4%.
  • Tip: Make sure your billing address & ZIP match your statement (AVS).
• Same-day Bank Transfer (ACH)
  • Connect to your bank securely at checkout and approve the transfer.
• Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Pay to a unique address shown at checkout.
  • No processing fee.

We do not accept Western Union or MoneyGram. Split payments aren’t supported. You can apply My EP Rewards toward product costs and pay the balance with one method.
