Do points post instantly or is there a delay?

Points usually post when your order is marked Completed (shipped).

You’ll typically see them in your balance within a few hours of that status change.

If you don’t see points yet

Give it up to 24 hours after the order moves to Completed. Still missing? Check these common causes:

  • Guest checkout: You must be logged in for points to accrue.
  • Paid with points: Orders paid using My EP Rewards don’t earn additional points.
  • Non-qualifying amounts: Points are calculated on the product subtotal after discounts (shipping/taxes don’t earn points).
