Do points expire or get forfeited if my account is inactive?

No—My EP Rewards points do not expire, and we don’t remove points for account inactivity.

Exceptions to know

• Account deletion (your request): Points are forfeited when we permanently delete your account.
• Policy violations or fraud: Accounts closed for violations may lose points per program terms.
• Program changes: If we ever adjust the program, we’ll give notice and provide a reasonable redemption window.

Quick reminders

• Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Redeem points toward product costs only (not shipping or taxes).
• Check your balance under My Account → Rewards/Points.
