Is there a maximum number of points I can redeem per order?

In most cases, you can redeem up to your full available balance toward the product subtotal. If any per-order cap applies, it will be clearly shown at checkout in the My EP Rewards section.

Good to know

• 20 points = $1 off products.
• Points do not apply to shipping or taxes.
• Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Quick example

• Cart products: $120
• Available points: 1,000 → $50 off
• New product subtotal: $70 (+ shipping & taxes paid by another method)

Tip: Make sure you’re logged in so your balance appears and can be applied at checkout.
