What is your typical order processing time before shipment?

Most orders ship within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

If we can pack it the same day, we will—orders placed earlier in the day are more likely to ship same day.

What can add a little time

• Peak periods or large orders: Allow 1–2 business days for processing.
• Payment method:
  • Bank Transfer (ACH): Ships after bank authorization completes.
  • Bitcoin (BTC): Ships after sufficient network confirmations.
• Compliance or address verification: A quick reply to any follow-up email helps us release the order fast.
• Inventory constraints: If an item runs out of stock, we’ll notify you.

Tracking & carrier pickup

• You’ll get a tracking email as soon as we print the label.
• It may take several hours (up to 24h) after pickup for the first carrier scan to appear.

Tips to avoid delays

• Use a complete U.S. shipping address (company/lab + suite/unit).
• Make sure your billing address & ZIP match your payment method.
• If it’s time-sensitive, choose USPS Express and contact support—we’ll prioritize when possible.
