Can I hold my package at the Post Office for pickup?

Yes. We can request USPS Hold for Pickup on eligible orders.

Best way (before it ships)

• Add “Please add USPS Hold for Pickup” in Order Notes at checkout, or
• Email support immediately after ordering with your order number and the Post Office location you prefer.

We can add this only before the carrier picks up your package and where the service is supported.

After it ships

• Use your USPS tracking link to request a hold (when available), or call/visit your local Post Office with the tracking number.
• Bring a government-issued photo ID to pick up.

Good to know

• Availability and hold length are set by USPS/local office; your tracking page usually shows the pickup-by date.
• If not collected by the deadline, USPS may return the package to sender.
• Hold for Pickup may not be available for all addresses, sizes, or service levels.
