Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

Sometimes—if both orders are still in processing. If neither order has been packed or labeled, we’ll do our best to ship them together.

How to request a combine

  1. Contact support ASAP with both order numbers.
  2. Confirm the correct ship-to address and any special instructions (e.g., Hold for Pickup, signature).
  3. We’ll check fulfillment status and confirm if a combine is possible.

When a combine isn’t possible

  • An order has already been packed, labeled, or shipped.
  • Items are shipping from different fulfillment lanes or require different packaging.

    In these cases, orders will ship separately with their own tracking numbers.

Tip: If you know you’ll need multiple items, placing a single order is the most reliable way to minimize shipping and ensure promo eligibility.
