How do I add special delivery instructions?
You can add notes like “Leave at reception,” “Hold for Pickup,” or “Please add Signature Confirmation.” We’ll pass these to fulfillment and the carrier when possible.
Best way (before it ships)
- At checkout: Enter your request in Order Notes.
- After checkout (quickly): Email support with your order number and the exact instruction.
We can only guarantee adding instructions before the label is created. Final handling is at the carrier’s discretion.
Common requests we can pass along
- USPS Hold for Pickup at your chosen Post Office
- Signature Confirmation (when available)
- Gate/Reception details (company/lab name, suite/unit, dock hours)
After it ships
- Use your USPS tracking link to see if Delivery Instructions are available for your address, or contact your local Post Office with the tracking number.
Important notes
- Carriers may not honor location-specific requests (e.g., “leave behind planter”). We can relay the note but cannot guarantee compliance.
- For security and compliance, we may decline requests that conflict with carrier policy or increase risk of loss.
- Packages ship in discreet, unbranded outer packaging from a neutral fulfillment provider.
- We ship to U.S. addresses only; transit times are outside our control.
