How do I apply a discount code correctly?

Follow these steps to make sure your code applies before you pay:

Step-by-step

  1. Add items to your cart and go to Cart or Checkout.
  2. Find the Coupon/Promo Code field.
  3. Enter your code exactly as shown (no extra spaces) and click Apply.
  4. Wait for the page to refresh—you should see the discount line in your order summary.
  5. Complete payment.

Tips to ensure it works

  • Apply the code before payment—once an order is paid, we can’t edit the invoice.
  • Check the offer’s requirements (e.g., minimum spend, eligible items, start/end dates, usage limits per customer).
  • Most promotions allow one code per order (unless stated otherwise).
  • You can use My EP Rewards with a coupon; points reduce the product subtotal (not shipping/taxes).
  • The Free Shipping promo triggers when your subtotal after discounts/rewards is over $50.

Common reasons a code won’t apply

  • Expired or not yet active.
  • Minimum order not met (after discounts).
  • Item/category exclusions noted in the offer.
  • Usage limit reached for your account or the promotion.
  • Extra spaces before/after the code—retype it manually.

If you already checked out without the code

We can’t retro-apply discounts to a completed order, but contact support—we’ll do our best to offer a courtesy discount on a future order when eligible.
