How do I report a site bug or accessibility issue?
We take bugs and accessibility seriously. Send us a quick report and we’ll investigate ASAP.
What to include (helps us fix it fast)
- Page URL where the issue occurs
- What you tried to do and steps to reproduce (click-by-click)
- What happened vs. what you expected
- Screenshots or a short screen recording
- Your browser & version (e.g., Chrome 129), device/OS (e.g., iPhone iOS 18 / Windows 11)
- Date/time & timezone when you saw it (e.g., Oct 29, 2025, PT)
- Any error message or code (copy/paste if possible)
For accessibility reports (extra helpful details)
- Assistive tech in use: screen reader (NVDA/JAWS/VoiceOver), magnifier, speech input, or keyboard-only
- The specific element that’s problematic (e.g., “Add to Cart button not reachable by Tab,” “Image missing alt text,” “Low color contrast on checkout totals”)
- If relevant: expected announcement/label vs. what was announced
Where to send it
- Submit a support ticket or email from your account email with the details above.
- If the issue blocks checkout, note “Urgent: Checkout Blocker” in the subject so we can prioritize.
