How do I cancel my order?

We’ll help if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Because we process quickly, please contact us as soon as possible.

Best way to request a cancellation

Email support with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
  • Any change you’d prefer instead (e.g., “switch to USPS Express,” “remove Item X”)

What happens next

  • Before shipment/label creation: We’ll cancel and refund the order in full.
  • After label creation or pickup: Cancellation may no longer be possible. We’ll advise options (e.g., return-to-sender handling or a reship).

Refund timing (by payment method)

  • Credit/Debit Card: Typically 3–10 business days to appear on your statement (varies by bank).
  • Bank Transfer (ACH): Usually 3–5 business days after we issue the refund.
  • Bitcoin (BTC): We’ll coordinate return details with you and confirm once sent.

Tip: If you also need to change items, quantities, or shipping method, tell us in the same message—if the order is still processing, we can often adjust without a full cancellation.
