How do I change items or quantities after checkout?
We can usually help if your order hasn’t been packed or labelled yet. Please contact us right away—we move orders fast.
What to do
Email support with:
- Your order number
- The exact change requested (add/remove item, change quantity/SKU)
- Any shipping method update you want (optional)
What happens next
Order still processing (not packed/labeled):
We’ll edit the order or cancel/re-create it and send an updated confirmation.
- Totals may change: prices, discounts, EP Rewards, and shipping.
- Free shipping: still based on subtotal after discounts/rewards (> $50).
Tax: charged only for Florida ship-to addresses.
Order already packed/labeled or shipped:
Changes aren’t possible. Options:
- Place a new order for additional items.
- For removals, if the parcel hasn’t left yet we’ll try to cancel; once shipped, we can’t accept returns except for damage/defect (see Refund Policy).
Payments & refunds
- Card refunds: typically 3–10 business days to appear (issuer dependent).
- ACH refunds: usually 3–5 business days after issuance.
- BTC: We’ll coordinate details by email.
- We do not store card details; any extra payment will be requested securely.
Tip: If you also want to switch to USPS Express or add Signature Confirmation, include that in the same message so we handle everything at once.
